Jim and I wanted to extend our sincere appreciation to you for the vital role you served in helping us plan such a memorable cruise experience for our families! Both sets of grandparents had a WONDERFUL time and are already asking me to plan another adventure for us to enjoy. Jim’s brother, Mike, and his family also really enjoyed the trip as did my kids!
The balcony rooms and location you picked for us were absolutely perfect! You were right that the mid-ship location so near the elevator and stairs was truly ideal! Jim and I also purchased the thermal spa package once onboard, and we loved being able to enjoy the sauna, steam room, whirlpools and Himalayan salt baths on a regular basis. (We have a sauna here at our home, which we regularly use.)
Again, because of your expertise and kindness, we were able to create amazing memories of a special vacation where everyone came away grateful for the trip and eager to think about another adventure????! Thanks, too, for the thoughtful cruise gifts you sent us ahead of the trip as we also made great use of them!

Sailed in a Sky Suite on Celebrity Solstice, ship was very nice, staff was wonderful. The Sky suite was very roomy with great storage. Hong Kong was very HOT!! Very Educational and beautiful at night, lots of very tall buildings. Vietnam and Thailand have many temples with beautiful landscapes. There were a lot people onboard who love Azamara. They had sailed with them multiple times. Here’s my refection on our Azamara Journey cruise:
-Food was very good. No complaint.
-Cabin was fine. We made friends with two ladies who had a larger cabin...with a butler. It was nice. Bathroom much smaller than Viking. Neither of us thought our husbands could use the shower without getting water all over the bathroom. Fabric shower curtain.
-Service was fine. Friendly, accommodating staff. Captain Johannes was everywhere and funny.
-White Nights, ship-wide party, was fun.
What we thought needed work:
-Internet was $20/day/device....and creeping slow!
-Communication was lacking. Hard to find out stuff.
-No port talks!!! We really missed that.
-Excursions were not up to our standard. No headphones for excursions so hard to hear. Guides’ English not as good as expected so hard to understand when we could hear. I reeeeally don’t get this!!
-Upscale restaurants were extra charge...$30/person without package.

Hi Glenda,
We are back and finally rested up. We had a wonderful time and thank you so much for the welcome gift in our room. By the time we got there we were pretty hungry and I scarfed up a number of the items. That was really sweet. The absolute highlight for mom and I was the helicopter ride to the glacier. The dog sled portion was cancelled and they are supposed to be crediting back that to I guess our credit card. All of us really enjoyed the bus trip from Denali to Whittier on Saturday. The driver was absolutely wonderful and full of information about what we were seeing. The driver on our train trip in Skagway was really good and helped us to get some really good pictures.

We always have a wonderful time on Carnival cruise ships and have never cruised on such a small ship until this time. To be honest, I prefer a larger ship...more live entertainment and the Carnival Miracle did not have a t.v. screen outside. It was a much more laid back atmosphere which was a positive for our elderly members in our group - they did not have to walk very far to get to anything. We still enjoyed night time parties and had a blast dancing. We were quite surprised at the 80's dance on the lido deck with all the glow sticks because we brought a lot of glow toys (rings, necklaces, bracelets, shoes, etc.) that we used that night - fit right in!!! Carnival is the ONLY way to cruise and the Cruise Planners are the ONLY way to book!!! We are VERY blessed to have such good people in our travel planning. We always have a wonderful time on Carnival cruise ships and have never cruised on such a small ship until this time. This was the first 2 week cruise I have ever been on and certainly not my last!!! Cruising with Carnival is always fun and Glenda always makes it so easy. We went to 7 ports and it was a Journey tour...started in Puerto Rico and ending in Galveston Texas. This was our 10th cruise...8 with Carnival and certainly one of our favorite. I enjoyed having extra ports and sea days before going home!!! This cruise was a 10!!!!!!!!!! This was the first 2 week cruise I have ever been on and certainly not my last!!! Just returned from a Cancun All-Inclusive vacation at 2 resorts.
The Great Parnassus which is rated a 4* property and fell short of this rating. The property is worn terribly and needs much improvement. The rooms were extremely hot and very dated. Limited air conditioning in restaurants. Listed as having fully stocked mini bar, refrigerator etc. but only had a refrigerator which was not cold. There was no stocked mini bar, no water (limited to 4 at a time) which you had to call room service to get them delivered. Would not be one of my recommendations, definitely not a 4*!! The pool area was in need of much updating.
The Golden Parnassus which is an adult only resort rated 4* was a very nice property. Had a great selection of restaurants, rooms were cool and nicely decorated, Plenty of activities, within walking distance of the mall areas. This property has a wonderful pool area with hammocks available and an abundance of chairs. Activities were great, pool volleyball, water polo, beach volleyball, pool basketball and much more. Would recommend this property to those looking for a nicely priced adult property.

Just wanted to say thank you for the dinner at Sabatinis and the chocolate covered strawberries. Everything was delicious. The service was great and Alaska was beautiful. We had sunshine everyday but in Victoria.
The only complaint, I felt like we slept on cement. The beds were terrible. My hip still feels bruised. Other than that, a great time. Thank you. What an amazing cruise! Bonaire was a new port for Carnival and they actually had a ceremony to welcome us...it was wonderful. We also visited Aruba and Grand Turk...awesome cruise! Glenda and Dave made everything so easy for us...it was definitely "smooth sailing" in every respect!!! Looking forward to our next cruise on Carnival Liberty in September - we LOVE the Liberty! I am so glad I had Glenda book my cruise instead of using the website advertising the low rate. She got me the exact same rate, but she got me a room higher up! Also, we received important information regarding pre-registration, along with a fun gift pack including luggage tags and totes. It was a nice surprise and made anticipating our trip even more exciting.
The cruise was very nice. Nassau was a lot of fun. We took a great tour.
Carnival is what I consider the budget cruise line for a reason. The food was good, but not great. Also, the drinks seemed a little pricey to me. (but we don't drink a lot).
I am looking forward to using Dave and Glenda to book our next land vacation. This experience gives me full confidence to use them in the future. Who would ever want to book a cruise through anyone else?!!! Glenda and Dave make everything SO easy helping you plan cruises. We even had two people added on 1-2 weeks before our trip and they took care of everything. I even got a birthday card electronically - that meant a lot. Carnival Dream is so awesome, we went on it two years in a row, you will not be sorry if you are considering this ship. Eight members of our family went on this cruise and it was so much fun, we are already wanting to plan our next cruise. As agents we try to provide information that is useful in reviews of the properties we visit. We stayed in the Riu Las Americas in Cancun from Sept. 14-21, 2014. This property is very different from the Riu Pennisula we stayed in during our 2013 stay,
This is a beautiful hotel one of the older in Cancun. With stunning wood decor and stained glass. Very colonial look to the property
Positives:
*Very expansive pool area with great beach
*Liked that the recreational pool was separated from the main pool area, good for
those who are not interested in pool games, loud music etc.
*Infinity pools
*Location, location, location!!
*Walking distance from shop and near bus line
*Great Japanese Restaurant
Negative:
*Moderate rating on some restaurants
*Lower priced rooms overlook roof of Riu Cancun which is next door
*Small tub & Shower area
*Safe system out of date, must carry a key with you!!

This was one of the best vacations I have been on. The employees on the cruise were awesome and everything went great. The food was plentiful and great. Half Moon Cay was absolutely breathtaking. At Nassau we went to Atlantis and it was out of this world. Dave and Glenda took care of everything for us including booking a room the night before we boarded the ship. They did a super job. We had a great time. The only downer was when we missed our connecting flight in Chicago and had to spend the night at the airport. That was an experience!!!! Because of the storms we had to fly to Tampa instead of Orlando, get gas then sit until we could go back to Orlando.
Would you send me some of your cards. The rest of the group is wanting one. They saw how smooth everything went and how wonderful your were and want to use you next time. I will definitely give them your website as well as the cards when I get them. I want to thank you again for always providing such great service. I know the Lord will bless you greatly. That song that goes "do everything you do for the one who made you" really reminds me of you. You definitely show Jesus in all you do. I had another travel agent and know the difference.

This was one of our best cruises from start to finish. Cruise Planners always makes everything SO easy and smooth. We enjoyed the weather in both the Bahamas and Virgin Islands. The staff was awesome and we met some great people on the ship. We will "only" use Cruise Planners in the future - they make everything toooooo easy! THANKS AGAIN - had a great trip!!! This was my second cruise and my husband's first. We had a fantastic time on the Carnival Breeze! This ship is very nice and has a ton of activities and restaurants. Travel Review - Golden Princess - 14 nights - Hawaii
We enjoyed a fantastic 14 night cruise on the Golden Princess departing from LA. Our 1st 4 days at sea were relaxing and sunny, temps in the mid 60's. We enjoyed the fashion show, dining was excellent. Movies during the day both oiutside and inside were available. We really enjoyed the culinary show with the head chef and then a tour of the galley afterwards. The galley was spotless!!
Our only complaint (we chose our room, not Princess) was the service elevator near our room. We like rooms close to the elevator but did not realize we were also close to the service elevator. By 8:00 in the morning we could here the cabin stewards getting there carts ready in the hallway. This was minor thing since we were usually up by this time.

Dave and Glenda, I cannot thank you enough for all your suggestions and help with our cruise. As first time cruisers we were intimidated by the planning and booking of our cruise vacation. You took all that anxiety away! We had the most memorable 4 days of our lives. You were right, taking our 5 year old daughter was just fine! She had a blast at camp carnival which allowed Travis and I to enjoy adult shows and the casino. She begged to return each day with the other kids and the supervisors were so kind. I cannot wait to return to Cozumel again, what a fun island! The dolphin swim could not have been more fun! Chakanaab Park was well worth the fair fee to enjoy all they have to offer! THe CArnival staff were wonderful, shows were very entertaining and the food, well we ate way too much, haha!!! The weather was really bad on the way the and we ended up on the ocean one extra day and lost Hilo. I am very claustrophobic and by the 3rd day I wasn't doing very well. The group of people there were much older and the activities were geared towards them so we didn't do much on the ship other than the casino. The casino dealers were horrible as most of them were newbies and didn't know how to count. They were training on the job which made for a very slow game.
The islands themselves were great and the tours were nice. My favorite island was Kauai. The weather was very nice also. Other than that, we don't see ourselves doing many Princess cruises again. The crew were polite but you could tell the didn't like being there. It was especially apparent at the coffee cafe. None of the servers got along with the baristas.

I LOVED this cruise! From start to finish, there was always something to do, including relaxing!!! I met some amazing people from all over the world, saw 5 different countries, ate alot of fantastic food (and didn't gain weight), danced, got several massages, won an Olivia Newton and John Travolta contest, and snoozed in the sun; life is great!!!
At first, I was a little apprehensive about any language-barrier issues because I only speak English and very little of French, Italian and Spanish. But, there always seemed to be someone who could speak a little English and be willing to help. On any of the MSC cruise ships the crew members are required to speak more than one language. There was always someone there to assist you!
If I had any advice: get some money converted to Euros before leaving on a trip to Europe. Even though money for any country you visit can be converted on the ship, I found a taxi driver in Valencia, Spain who would not take dollars (even though I was adviced from several people that they would). Because I had to visit a bank to convert the money first, my taxi fare doubled in cost.
Overall, this trip is in the top of my "best vacation ever" list! I can't wait till my next cruise adventure and am already saving money to go!!! Thank you Cruise Planners for making this last trip possible; I will definitely be booking with you again SOON! :) I LOVED this cruise! Who would have thought I'd be this stress-free with planning my first cruise? A HUGE thanks to Cruise Planners for making this practically pain free!!! My original qualms about using a travel agent has been diverged; now, I wonder why anyone would ever plan a trip without them!!! Glenda was superb! She guided me through the process, worked through all the information to find a cruise that was perfect for my needs and wish-list, and helped to answer my millions of questions! AND, knowing that even after booking the cruise, she will continue to be there to answer questions or help me through any issues, has released the stress and made it possible for me to relax and enjoy this exciting new adventure!!!
